My item arrived missing parts, what should I do?
Please make sure that you have all boxes from the shipment. Some items ship in multiple boxes and one of the boxes may not have been delivered yet, or may have been separated from the others in the delivery location.
If all boxes were looked through thoroughly and a part is still missing, please email us at help@manhattancomfort.com with your order information and the specific part number that is missing so we can replace it for you.
My item arrived with a damaged/defective part, what should I do?
Please email us at help@manhattancomfort.com with your order information and shipping address and please include photos of the part that was affected as well as the part number so we can advise on the best solution for you.
I really like the products on your site. Can I purchase directly from you?
We don’t sell directly to end consumers as we are a manufacturer/wholesaler and we work with retailers and designers. We recommend searching online for the product that you’re looking for so you can find a retail site that you may purchase from.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be handled by the retailer from which the item was purchased. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Assembled items or damaged items may not be returned. A claim with the carrier should be made to receive reimbursement due to any damages in transit.
Can I see your products in person?
Our products are primarily sold online. Some of our products are currently displayed in our Las Vegas Showroom twice a year during the Las Vegas Market.
In addition, we work with several vendors across the U.S. that carry our products and have furniture displays on their showroom floor.
My furniture has some small scratches on the surface. How can I touch this up?
Standard color touch ups are sold at hardware stores and are made specifically for furniture. If you are in need of a particular color that is not sold in stores, please feel free to reach out to us at help@manhattancomfort.com and we’d be glad to send you what we have.
What’s the best way to clean and care for my Manhattan Comfort furniture?
You may dust with a clean, soft cloth slightly moistened with water, then dry completely with a dry clean cloth. Always rub in the direction of the wood grain.
Manhattan Comfort finishes are naturally resistant to minor everyday use. For best results, clean spills immediately, keep cigarettes, hot dishes and moisture and harsh solvents away from furniture.
How do I know if an item is in stock or discontinued?
Feel free to email us at help@manhattancomfort.com to request information on a specific product. If you have an account with us, you may log into our site to view inventory details of each product.
There are numbered ink stamps identifying parts but they are facing forward, how can I remove these?
These stamped numbers on the short side of some of the boards can be easily removed with a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol.
I live in Canada, where can I purchase your products?
Our products are sold on various sites that ship in Canada, including Wayfair, Home Depot, Rona and Amazon.
Do you offer assembly services?
We do not have a team of our own that does assembly. We recommend finding a handy person in your area or using an app such as thumbtack to find someone to do the assembly for you.
